This little beauty is only 6″ long, but so cute and poofy! We call them “PRISSY” tutus because we think they are sweet and sassy. This style is very popular with our baby tutu girls. We’ve even had orders for newborn girls for tutu portraits. What a lovely portrait backdrop they make too! Our older tutu girls love them too! Some like to pair our PRISSY tutus over jeans or leggings for a way cool trendy look. You can create your own and jazz it up with loads of neat embellishments, or just wear it simple and plain (even though it’s not really plain!).
